Very quick response, fast repair, and good price. I requested a quote on their website and a few minutes later I received an email with some follow up questions. I answered the email and literally 15 minutes later the trady was at my home replacing the window. He did a great job, left everything clean and tidy and was finished within an hour.

I took a family heirloom teak framed mirror in for repair as the mirror was broken and the frame split in transit. The agreement was not to install the mirror, as the furniture restorer who would repair the frame would do that. When I came to collect it, they had broken the frame in two places. The existing split could have been repaired seamlessly but the damage they inflicted was across the vein in two places. They glued it back together but it’s not smooth and it’s very visible. They made sure I paid before I saw the mirror and did not apologise but just said it snapped with a defensive attitude. The family heirloom is now destroyed for good.

Recently had a pet door installed and couldn’t be happier with the service! Office staff are very quick to respond and send through images/measurements to help you decide on the correct size for your pet. Tech came out on the Monday to measure up (and gave more advice on the correct size pet door) and by Friday it was all installed. Such a quick turn around, lovely staff and more than reasonable pricing.

I had a dog door installed and was very happy with the service. However, the new sliding glass door completely shattered when my dog was coming through the dog door one evening. I rang to let the company know what had happened and after a few days, they called to let me know that they would be replacing the sliding glass door with no charge, which they did. You can tell a good company when you get to see how they behave when something goes wrong and this company proved that they stand by their products and have excellent customer service.

I am very happy with the job done by Professional Glass. I had a doggy door installed in a full length glass patio window. Dion came out the same day I called to see what I needed and measure the job. He was very friendly and helpful. A week later Dion returned to install the toughened glass with doggy door. Excellent job Dion! I will definitely use Professional Glass again.

Very happy with the service I received from professional glass. I had an extra large doggy door installed into a sliding glass door. Mark came out to take measurements and Tyron installed the new door. Both were very professional and the reception ladies are lovely too. I’m so happy with my new doggy door! Great experience. Could not believe how they kept me informed all the way through the process of installing a dog door! Andrew measured and later fitted the new glass panel. Lastly adjusted door when he finished and door is much smoother to operate now.
